Q: When can I expect to receive my order?

A: Most orders are delivered within one week.

Q: How is my order shipped?

A: Standard Shipping for small shipments (e.g. one pair of horseshoes) is Priority Mail.  Standard Shipping for larger shipments (larger than one pair of horseshoes) is UPS.

Q: How much are Shipping Charges?

A: There is no Shipping Charge for Standard Shipping within the USA.

• • Express Shipping in the USA:  one pair = $32.00

  • The Standard Shipping Charge to Canada is usually around $57.00 ($US) for up to  3 pairs. Request a quote via email.

Q: Are any discounts offered?

A: Yes

• • Orders of $396 or more, in the USA, are discounted 10% by using code DISCOUNT.

  • Blemished horseshoes are occasionally listed.

Q: What is the return policy?

A: Ted Allen horseshoes are guaranteed against breakage, due to material defect, for two years from date of original purchase. You may return new, unused items, that were sold and fulfilled by Ted Allen Horseshoes, Inc. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Before returning broken horseshoes or unused items, call 303-684-8817 or email Lee@Ted-Allen.com.
